THE EXPERIENCE
Your perfect vacation day, documented as you live it. There’s really nothing more to it than this. I’ll join you for some fun, we’ll discuss our favorite vacation memories from childhood and debate whether dole whips or Mickey premium bars take top billing. I’ll be a ride buddy for your eldest, hold hands with your youngest and give high fives and hugs freely. And while we’re having fun, I’ll just so happen to capture you living your best day ever. From the looks of joy and wonder in your son’s eyes when he meets Donald Duck, to your daughter’s arms outstretched in exhilaration and bravery as she conquers Big Thunder Mountain. I’ll even capture the quiet moments you don’t see coming, the dress twirling, bubble blowing joy that writes your story.
THE WHY
Vacations are a lot of work. You save, you dream, you plan and then you get here and feel overwhelmed because you’ve invested so much into this trip with your family and you want it to be practically perfect in every way. But it’s hard. Because nothing ever goes entirely according to plan, kids meltdown, the heat makes you feel like your face is melting off, wait times and crowds are insane, and there’s no way you can possibly see and do it all despite how hard you try. You know what though? It is still pure magic. Because amidst the chaos, the anticipation, love, joy and wonder always shine through. I promise. And I am here to bottle it up for you. To show you the magic that you have created for your family. Yes, YOU. You are the reason there’s joy and wonder in their eyes. Your hard work created these moments and you deserve to see this and to see yourself in the memories with them.
THE MEET AND GREET
I’m Holly and I am a vacation addict. Whether it’s the Disney parks, cruises, or Florida beaches, my heart belongs on vacation with my loves. Those memories we make together fill my cup with chaos and wonder and my heart with appreciation and gratitude for the opportunity to spend quality uninterrupted time together as a family.
My first trip to Walt Disney World was as an adult. I was 22 and my boyfriend of two-ish months was astonished when he learned I'd never been. Being a lifetime Disney fan himself, he planned and executed my first trip within a couple weeks. It was a quick weekend that barely skimmed the surface of this place. But it was enough to make me fall in love. With the man. And the place has been magic to me ever since. Ten years and countless trips later (one even to get married at the Polynesian Resort), we packed up and moved from South Carolina to Florida for good. That was in 2014. We have a son, Lucas, who is eight years old, and a daughter, Penelope, who is five. And getting to experience this world that we love, through their eyes, fills me with so much joy. This is why I will always hold that the true magic of a vacation lies in the people we spend it with, and not the place itself.
THE SESSION
Sessions include all phone and email communication, my time shooting, editing, and preparing your gallery, and a slideshow of my favorite images for you to keep and share.

THE PROCESS
So, you’ve decided you want to document the magic, what’s next?!
First, I’ll send you a copy of my contract to review and sign, and then I’ll send an invoice for the non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit holds our agreed upon date and keeps the whole day open as we plan what will work best for my time with you. This initial payment is non-refundable, however, it is transferable in the event you have to reschedule your vacation or cancel it altogether. It can be applied to a future date (dependent upon my availability) or transferred to a friend if it turns out you won’t be rescheduling your vacation.
As we take care of the contract and deposit, we’ll also discuss some of the details. We’ll chat about your expectations, plans for the day, fastpasses, and anything and everything related to your upcoming vacation. I’m happy to offer up ideas and answer any general vacation questions you may have. I love the anticipation of planning a trip! We can always schedule a brief phone call to discuss these things.
Approximately one month before our session, I’ll send you a quick questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire helps me get to know you and your family and gain more insight into what’s important to you. I’ll also send an invoice for the final payment at this time, which will be due one week prior to our session date.
We’ll connect the day before your session and make final plans for meeting up. And then we’ll have a laidback, magic filled day together!
Approximately 3-4 weeks after our session, I’ll send you a link to your slideshow! When you’re ready, your online gallery will be available to view and will be active for one week. At the end of this week, we’ll discuss the keepsakes you’d like to purchase for your family and I will start preparing them. Please note, Signature Albums ship approximately 6-8 weeks after the order is submitted.
THE FINE PRINT
At the end of the day, the vacation you are planning is going to be full of so many moments that fill the family memory bank. Please, please, make sure you’re present in those memories with your family. Be seen. Utilize the Disney Photopass photographers, hand your phone off to a partner to snap some candid moments that include you, and fill your camera roll with family selfies. And when you get home? PRINT them. Fill the shoe boxes and sleeved albums with 4x6’s, put a collage up on the refrigerator, or order a chatbook. Whatever you do, just get them off of your device and into your hands, because these are your memories and they matter. They’re worth far more than a postage stamp sized square that gets scrolled past on Instagram.
